摘要
介绍了枪钻在车床的深孔加工技术,可通过工件带引导孔的枪钻切削、带引导套的常规工件枪钻切削、带引导套的异形件枪钻切削等三种加工方案实现深孔加工,并提供了枪钻深孔打偏后的校直方法。
This paper introduces the deep hole processing technology of gun drilling in lathe. Deep hole processing can be realized by three kinds of machining schemes, such as gun drilling with workpiece guiding hole, conventional workpiece gun cutting with guiding sleeve, and special -shaped gun drilling with guiding sleeve. This paper also provides a straightening method after the deep hole of the gun drill is deflected.
