摘要
以单梁门式起重机为对象,分别计算各种工况下门架结构载荷值,并根据计算结果构建门架结构三维模型及有限元模型,并进行门架结构的变形有限元分析,分析结果为其优化设计提供理论依据,为门架起重机结构的轻量化设计提供设计依据。
The single-beam gantry crane is used as the object to calculate the load value of the gantry structure under various working conditions, and the three-dimensional model and finite element model of the gantry structure are constructed according to the calculation results, and the finite element analysis of the gantry structure is carried out.The analysis results provide a theoretical basis for its optimized design and provide a design basis for the lightweight design of the gantry crane structure.
