摘要
针对某航空航天设备中的大型环形薄壁零件加工过程中的变形和振动问题,研究了环形薄壁零件加工特点,详述了其加工专用夹具的机构设计思路和工作状态,最终解决了该大型环形零件加工时的振动和变形等难题,提高了大型环形薄壁零件的使用性能和应用价值。
In view of the deformation and vibration problems in the processing of large annular thin-walled parts in an aerospace equipment, the processing characteristics of the ordinary thin-walled parts are studied, and the mechanism design and working state of the special fixture for processing are detailed. The problem of vibration and deformation during processing of the large annular thin-walled parts is solved, and the performance and application value of the large annular thin-walled parts are improved.
