摘要
针对不等厚对接焊接接头的坡口型式,结合NB/T 47013.10-2015标准附录A的要求制作吧对比试块并进行了对比试验。通过检测工艺覆盖的验证和射线检测试验的比对,证实了不等厚对接焊接接头TOFD检测的可靠性。
According to the groove type of butt welded joints with different thickness,contrast test blocks were fabricated according to the requirements of Appendix A of NB/T47013.10-2015 standard and the comparative test was carried out.The reliability of TOFD test for butt welded joints with different thickness was verified by verification of inspection process coverage and by the comparison with X-ray detection.
