摘要
高校公共艺术教育所具有的独特学科性质与育人价值,对于培养创新人才具有积极的联动意义。创新人才的核心优势在于高绩效导向的胜任力。在深入分析创新人才胜任力结构的基础上,系统构建了高校公共艺术教育战略契合模型和战略动力模型,从内在契合层面、动力价值层面、理念指导层面、机制规范层面、操作执行层面多维度探索公共艺术教育的创新模式,全面提升学生的审美素养和人文素养。
The unique disci pl i ne n ature and educational value of public art education in universities have positive linkage significance for training innovative talents. The core advantage of innovative talents lies in the performance-oriented competency. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the competency structure of innovative talents, this paper systematically constructs the strategic fit model and strategic dynamic model of public art education in universities. It explores the innovative model of public art education in a multidimensional way from the internal fit level, dynamic value level, conceptual guidance level, mechanism-standardization level and operational execution level so as to improve students' aesthetic and humanistic qualities comprehensively.
