摘要
基于OBE理念的培养目标的制定应该注重专业人才培养目标的制定,并对专业人才培养目标及其完成度进行合理的评价。基于OBE理念的毕业设计要合理制定专业毕业要求,体现学生能力特征;合理分解毕业要求,体现对教育教学过程的导向作用。高校要构建体现OBE理念的课程体系需要利用关联度矩阵,建立支撑毕业能力达成的课程体系;以课程大纲为抓手,细化课程目标,落实教学任务;合理设计考核方式,明确评分标准。OBE理念下的学习效果达成度的评价和改进包括课程培养目标达成度评价与毕业要求达成情况评价两个方面。
The formulation of training objectives based on OBE concept should pay attention to the formulation of training objectives for professionals and make a reasonable evaluation of the training objectives and their completion. The graduation requirements based on OBE concept should be designed to reasonably formulate the requirements for professional graduation, reflecting the characteristics of students’abilities, and to rationally decompose graduation re- quirements, reflecting the guiding role in the process of education and teaching. To construct the curriculum system embodying the OBE concept, universities need to use the correlation matrix to establish the curriculum system support- ing the graduation ability;to take the curriculum outline as the grasp to refine the curriculum objectives and imple- ment the teaching tasks;to rationally design the assessment methods to make clear the scoring standards. The evalua- tion and improvement of the achievement degree of learning effect in the concept of OBE includes such two aspects as the evaluation of the achievement degree of curriculum training objectives and the evaluation of the achievement of graduation requirements.
