本科实习护生人际信任与护患沟通的关系:人际交往自我效能感的中介作用 被引量:10

The Relationship between Interpersonal Trust and Nurse-Patient Communication among Undergraduate Interns: The Mediating Role of Interpersonal Self-Efficacy

摘要 通过护生护患沟通能力自评表、人际信任量表、青少年人际交往自我效能感量表对400名本科实习护生进行问卷调查,得出本科实习护生的护患沟通(3.02±0.25)、人际信任(4.43±0.44)和人际交往自我效能感(3.77±0.62)都呈现较高水平;人际信任、护患沟通和人际交往自我效能感之间呈显著正相关(Ps<0.05);人际交往自我效能感在人际信任和护患沟通之间起部分中介作用。在本科实习护生的教育和训练过程中,要重视人际信任的培养和人际交往自我效能感的提高,从而有效提高护患沟通的能力。 A questionnaire survey was conducted among 400 undergraduate interns by means of self-assessment form of nurse-patient communication ability, interpersonal trust scale and adolescent interpersonal self-efficacy scale, and the findings show that the nurse-patient communication of undergraduate interns is 3.02±0.25, the interpersonal trust is 4.43±0.44 and the interpersonal self-efficacy is 3.77±0.62, which are all at a high level;there is a significant positive correlation between the interpersonal trust, the nurse-patient communication and the interpersonal self-efficacy with Ps<0.05;the interpersonal self-efficacy plays a mediating role between interpersonal trust and nurse-patient communication. Therefore, in the process of undergraduate nursing students' education and training, we should pay attention to the cultivation of interpersonal trust and the improvement of interpersonal self-efficacy so as to effectively improve the ability of nurse-patient communication.
