An Analysis of the Tutorial System for Undergraduates in Universities

摘要 高校实行本科生导师制能够为新生提供针对性的指导,帮助学生制定合理的学习计划、进一步明确科研方向。然而,在本科生导师制的实施过程中仍然存在导师数量缺口较大;导师经验缺乏,无法区分职责与工作内容;工作强度太大,精力分散,以及激励机制不完善的问题。针对这些问题,高校应该合理整合人力资源,充实导师数量;定期组织导师进行培训学习,提升导师职业素养;科学规划导师工作任务;建立健全导师激励机制。 The implementation of undergraduate tutorial system in universities can provide a targeted guidance for freshmen, help students formulate reasonable learning plans, and further clarify the direction of their scientific research. However, there are still some problems in the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system, such as big shortage in the number of tutors, lack of experience of tutors, being unable to distinguish responsibilities from work content, too much work intensity, decentralization of energy and imperfect incentive mechanism. To solve these problems, universities should rationally integrate human resources and increase the number of tutors;organize regular training and learning of tutors to improve their professional quality;scientifically plan the work tasks of tutors;establish and improve the incentive mechanism of tutors.
