社会力量参与地方高校应用型人才培养的思考——以安顺学院音乐学专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着国家引导高校转型教育方针的出台,在应用型人才培养、大众化教育、学生就业趋势等诸多因素的影响下社会力量参与高校人才培养势在必行。高校要坚持开门办学,充分发挥政府的主导力量,以中小学校优秀教育师资为依托,将文化事业单位、艺术培训机构、文化传媒公司等社会力量吸纳进来,参与人才培养方案的制定、特色课程建设、实践环节教学、专业创业教育、“双师型”教师培养等方面,只有这样才能真正培养出社会各界所需的音乐人才。 With the advent of the policy of transformational education in universities guided by the state, it is imperative for social forces to participate in the training of talents in universities under the influence of many factors, such as applied talents training, popular education and the trend of students’employment. Universities should insist on open-door schooling, give full play to the leading power of the government, rely on excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools, and attract such social forces as cultural and art-training institutions, and cultural media companies to participate in the formulation of talent training programs, the construction of characteristic curriculum, practical teaching, professional entrepreneurship education, and “double-qualified”teacher training. Only in this way can we really cultivate the music professionals needed by all sectors of society.
