摘要
为了提高我国高校在国际上的竞争力和话语权,很多高校都在践行“双一流”建设战略,这对艺术设计专业的教育教学和人才培养也提出了新的挑战。目前我国高校艺术设计教育存在“重科研,轻教学”的不良倾向,理论、实践教学与市场需求脱节,集体互动与协作教学项目相对缺失,教学评价与考核方式不够科学,师资力量与“双一流”建设不匹配等问题。高校需要优化传统的教学目标和教学体系,在CDIO模式下,树立正确的艺术设计教育观念,完善市场导向下的理论与实践课程体系,完善和创新集体授课方式,丰富教学评价与考核体系,提高教师队伍的综合素质,只有这样才能促进艺术教育的“双一流”建设,实现教育创新、人才培养。
In order to improve the international competitiveness and discourse power of Chinese universities, many universities are practicing the strategy of the “double first-class”construction, which also poses new challenges to the education and teaching of art design specialty and the training of talents. There are some problems in art design education in universities, such as the unhealthy tendency of “emphasizing scientific research while neglecting teach- ing”, the disconnection between theory-practice teaching and market demand, the relative lack of collective interaction and collaborative teaching projects, the unscientific teaching evaluation and assessment methods, and the disconnection between teachers and the“double first-class”construction. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the traditional teach- ing objectives and teaching system. Under the CDIO model, we should establish the correct concept of art design edu- cation, improve the market-oriented theory and practice curriculum system, perfect and innovate the collective teach- ing methods, enrich the teaching evaluation and assessment system, and enhance the comprehensive education quality of teachers, which will not only promote the “double first-class”construction of art education, but also an important force to realize educational innovation and talent training transformation.
