摘要
维生素A是动物生长发育必需的营养物质,并在多种上皮组织(包括皮肤、毛发和皮脂腺)的发育和维护中至关重要。但维生素A缺乏或过量会影响毛囊的生长发育。本文概述了维生素A对毛囊发育的影响,并就维生素A对动物毛囊发育可能的调节机理进行了综述。
Vitamin A is an essential micronutrient and it is critically important in the development and maintenance of multiple epithelial tissues, including skin, hair, and sebaceous glands. However, deficiency or excessive vitamin A is associated with the development and growth of hair follicle. In this paper, the effects of vitamin A on development of hair follicle and its mechanism are briefly reviewed.
