摘要 本试验旨在研究L-瓜氨酸对小鼠体重及肠道菌群多样性的影响。试验选择20日龄、平均体重(14.66±0.28) g的昆明小白鼠公鼠32只,随机分为2组,每组8个重复,每个重复2只。在相同的饲养条件和饲粮营养水平下,试验组小鼠灌喂1 mL/(d·只) 1%的L-瓜氨酸,对照组小鼠灌胃等量的蒸馏水。试验期21 d。结果显示:1)试验组小鼠末重比对照组提高了29.35%(P=0.022),总增重比对照组高了32. 29%(P=0. 046),平均日增重比对照组提高了32.28%(P=0.048)。2) L-瓜氨酸对小鼠肠道菌群门水平、科水平、属水平和种水平丰度无显著影响(P>0.05)。灌喂L-瓜氨酸能够增加小鼠肠道拟杆菌门(P=0.21)、放线菌门(P=0.65)、疣微菌门(P=0.18)、Melainabacteria(P=0.42)及软壁菌门(P=0.37)的丰度。由此可见,在本试验条件下,灌喂L-瓜氨酸能够增加小鼠的末重、总增重及平均日增重,改变小鼠盲肠门水平菌群组成,增加拟杆菌门、放线菌门、疣微菌门及软壁菌门的丰度。 This experiment was designed to investigate the effects of L-citrulline on body weight and intestinal flora diversity of mice. Thirty-two 20-day-old male Kunming small white mice with average body weight of (14.66±0.28) g were randomly divided into 2 groups with 8 replicates per group and 2 mice per replicate. Under the same feeding condition and dietary nutrient level, mice in the trial group were given 1% L-citrulline 1 mL/(d·mouse) by gavage, and mice in the control group were given an equal amount of distilled water by gavage. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed as follows:1) compared with the control group, the final weight of mice in trial group was increased by 29.35%(P=0.022), the total weight gain was increased by 32.29%(P=0.046), and the average daily gain was increased by 32.28%(P=0.048). 2) L-citrulline had no significant effects on abundances of intestinal flora at phylum level, family level, genus level and species level (P>0.05). Gavage L-citrulline could and increase the abundances of Bacteroidetes (P=0.21), Actinobacteria (P=0.65), Verrucomicrobia (P=0.18), Melainabacteria (P=0.42) and Tenericutes in intestine (P=0.37). Therefore, under the condition of this experiment, gavage L-citrulline can improve the final weight, total weight gain and average daily gain of mice, change the flora composition at phylum level in cecum of mice, improve the abundances of Bacteroidetes, Actinobacteria, Verrucomicrobia and Tenericutes.
