炸药球壳应力加载测试系统的设计与实现

摘要 根据炸药球壳应力加载检测需求,利用虚拟仪器技术非标研制了一套炸药球壳应力加载测试系统。介绍系统的软硬件设计,并针对系统存在的技术难点给出了相应的解决措施。系统在长期检测过程中无需人工值守,不受时间限制可连续不间断测试,且采样频率自动可调,可随意进行变频采样。 Considering the demand of explosive spherical shell’s stress loading detection, having virtual instrument technology adopted to develop the explosives spherical shell’s stress-loading testing system was implemented, including the design of the system’s hardware and software and solutions to the system’s technical difficulties. The system asks no-man on duty during the long-term detection process and can be continuously tested without time limitation and the sampling frequency is automatically adjustable and the frequency conversion sampling can be performed at will.
