摘要 针对城市供水模拟系统的多路数据采集与管理,建立了一套高精度动态数据采集系统。利用CR-42采集器将所有压力和流量传感器的信号收集并上传到PLC中,利用上位机软件收集后,以柱状图和曲线图的形式实时显示数据的变化。根据采集到的压力、流量信号,结合供水调度模拟方案,利用控制组态软件对变频器进行参数控制从而调整泵出水量和压力,达到优化调度和测试调度方案是否合理的目的。 Aimed at the multi-channel data acquisition and management of urban water supply simulation system,a high-precision dynamic data acquisition system( HDA) was developed,which adopts CR-42 collector to acquire signals of all pressures and flow sensors and then to upload them to PLC. After collecting the signals with HDA software of the host computer,the data changes shall be displayed at real time in form of a histogram and a graph. According to the collected pressures and flow signals and combined with the water supply dispatching simulation scheme,the parameters of frequency converter shall be controlled by the control configuration software so as to adjust the pump water output and pressure and to optimize the dispatching as well as to test the rationality of the dispatching scheme.
