怀来地区汉族育龄女性MTHFR与MTRR基因多态性分布研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究怀来县汉族女性叶酸代谢过程中5,10-亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因上的C677T、A1298C位点以及甲硫氨酸还原酶(MTRR)基因上的A66G位点多态性的分布特征,指导育龄女性合理补充叶酸,避免因叶酸代谢障碍导致叶酸补充不足,从而引起早产、复发性流产等妊娠期疾病以及各种新生儿出生缺陷的发生。方法通过横断面调查,将怀来县527例汉族育龄女性作为研究对象,通过统计学分析,得出怀来县汉族女性其MTHFRC677T、A1298C和MTRR A66G基因位点多态性分布特征,并与已报道的其他地区育龄汉族女性的数据进行分析比较。结果怀来县汉族女性MTHFR C677T位点的基因型分布与潍坊、松滋、九江、广州、琼海等5个地区的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),与长春、廊坊、张家口、郑州等4个地区的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MTHFRA1298C位点的基因型分布与松滋、九江、广州、琼海等4个地区的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),与长春、廊坊、张家口、潍坊、郑州等其他5个地区的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MTRRA66G位点的基因型分布与琼海相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05),与长春、廊坊、张家口、潍坊、郑州、松滋、九江、广州等8个地区的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论怀来县汉族女性MTHFR和MTRR基因多态性分布特征不同于其他地区,同其他地区相比,具有地域特异性。 Objective:To study the huailai county han women folic acid in the metabolic process folinic acid 5,10-methylene reductase(MTHFR)gene C677T and A1298C site and methionine reductase A66G sites(MTRR)gene polymorphisms of the distribution characteristics,and guide the rational folic acid supplementation in women of childbearing age,avoid folic acid deficiency caused by folic acid metabolic disorders,causing premature,recurrent abortion during pregnancy such as disease,and all kinds of the occurrence of birth defects. Methods:Through cross-sectional investigation,527 han women of reproductive age in huailai county were selected as the research objects. Through statistical analysis,the polymorphism distribution characteristics of MTHFR C677T,A1298C and MTRR A66G gene loci of han women in huailai county were obtained,and the data were analyzed and compared with those of han women of reproductive age in other reported areas. Results:The genotype distribution of MTHFR C677T locus in huailai county was statistically significant with weifang,songzi,jiujiang,guangzhou,qionghai and other 5 regions(P<0.05),but not with changchun,langfang,zhangjiakou,zhengzhou and other 4 regions(P>0.05). The genotype distribution of MTHFR A1298C site was statistically significant(P<0.05)with that of songzi,jiujiang,guangzhou,qionghai and other 4 regions(P<0.05),but not with changchun,langfang,zhangjiakou,weifang,zhengzhou and other 5 regions(P>0.05). Compared with qionghai,the genotype distribution of MTRR A66G site was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference with changchun,langfang,zhangjiakou,weifang,zhengzhou,songzi,jiujiang,guangzhou and other 8 regions(P>0.05). Conclusion:The distribution characteristics of MTHFR and MTRR gene polymorphisms in han Chinese women in huailai county are different from those in other regions and have regional specificity compared with other regions.
