摘要
目的:探讨蒙古黄芪有效成分对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)模型大鼠血清中D1R调节蛋白(calcyon)、三磷酸肌醇(IP3)、钙调蛋白(CaM)水平的影响。方法:实验大鼠随机分为蒙古黄芪黄酮组、蒙古黄芪多糖组、蒙古黄芪皂苷组、模型对照组、阴性对照组,每组8只,连续灌胃4周。使用ELISA试剂盒检测大鼠血清中calcyon、IP3、CaM水平。结果:阴性组及各不同有效成分组calcyon、IP3含量高于模型组,CaM含量低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:蒙古黄芪皂苷、黄酮、多糖三种有效成分可调节体内IP3、Calcyon、CaM含量,进而影响下游的Ca2+水平,以及神经突触的可塑性。
Objective:To investigate the effect of active ingredients of Mongolian Astragalus on serum levels of D1 R regulatory protein(calcyon), inositol triphosphate(IP3) and calmodulin(CaM) in rats with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD). Methods: The experimental rats were randomly divided into five groups: flavone group, polysaccharide group, saponin group, model control group and negative control group, with 8 rats in each group. All rats in every group were given Mongolian Astragalus orally, for 4 weeks.The levels of calcyon, IP3 and CaM in serum of rats were detected by ELISA kit. Results: The content of calcyon and IP3 in the negative group and the groups of different active ingredients was higher than that in the model group, and the CaM content was lower than that in the model group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Mongolian saponins, flavonoids and polysaccharides, the three active constituents of Mongolian Astragalus, can regulate the contents of IP3, Calcyon and CaM in the body, and further affect the downstream Ca2+ level and the synaptic plasticity.
