花龟竹与龟甲竹的光合荧光特性比较 被引量:3

Comparison on photosynthetic and fluorescence characteristics between Phyllostachys edulis ‘Mira’ and Phyllostachys edulis ‘Kikko-chiku’

摘要 【目的】通过比较分析花龟竹和龟甲竹光合荧光特性的差异,为其栽培提供科学依据.【方法】采用Li-6400XT光合仪和IMAGING-PAM荧光仪对其光合荧光指标进行测定.【结果】1)花龟竹的光补偿点(LCP)为7.54μmol/(m^2·s),光饱和点(LSP)为1 213.25μmol/(m^2·s),最大净光合速率(Pnmax)为9.19μmol/(m^2·s),暗呼吸速率(Rd)为0.354,而其CO2补偿点(Γ)、饱和胞间CO2浓度(Cisat)、光合能力(Amax)和初始羧化效率(CE)分别为79.39μmol/mol、2 283.39μmol/mol、21.14μmol/(m^2·s)和0.057 9;叶绿素荧光参数最大量子产额(Fv/Fm)为0.667 1,PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ФPSⅡ)为0.401 3,最大电子传递速率(ETRmax)为49.79.表明花龟竹光合能力一般.2)与当地龟甲竹作对照,花龟竹的光响应曲线(Pn-PAR)、胞间CO2响应曲线、叶绿素荧光响应曲线(ФPSⅡ-PAR)和快速光响应曲线(ETR-PAR)与龟甲竹的变化趋势基本保持一致,关键性光合生理参数(Pnmax、Amax、Fv/Fm、ФPSⅡ、ETRmax等)两者之间亦无显著差异.【结论】花龟竹与龟甲竹的光合荧光特性差异不明显,光合能力接近,且都具有较强的弱光利用能力,栽培时可适当密植,以达到竹林综合利用价值的最大化. 【Objective】 The differences of photosynthetic fluorescence characteristics between Phyllostachys edulis ‘Mira’ and Phyllostachys edulis ‘Kikko-chiku’ were analyzed to provide the theoretical basis for their cultivation.【Method】 The photosynthetic fluorescence index was measured by Li-6400 XT photosynthetic apparatus and IMAGING-PAM fluorometer.【Result】 The light compensation point(LCP) of P.edulis ‘Mira’ was 7.54 μmol/(m^2·s),the light saturation point(LSP) was 1 213.25 μmol/(m^2·s),the maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pnmax) was 9.19 μmol/(m^2·s),and the rate of dark respiration(Rd) was 0.354. CO2 compensation(Γ),saturated intercellular CO2 concentration(Cisat),photosynthetic capacity(Amax) and initial carboxylation efficiency(CE) of P.edulis ‘Mira’ were 79.39 μmol/mol,2 283.39 μmol/mol,21.14 μmol/(m^2·s) and 0.057 9,respectively. The maximum quantum yield(Fv/Fm) of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters was 0.667 1,and the actual photochemical efficiency(ФPSⅡ) of PSⅡ was 0.401 3 and the maximum electron transport rate(ETRmax) was 49.79. The above mentioned results indicated that P.edulis ‘Mira’ had a general photosynthetic capacity. The photosynthetic light response curves(Pn-PAR),intercellular CO2 response curves,chlorophyll fluorescence response curves(PSⅡ-PAR) and rapid light curves(ETR-PAR) of P.edulis ‘Mira’ showed basically consistent with the change trend of the local P.edulis ‘Kikko-chiku’. There was no significant difference in the key photosynthetic physiological parameters(Pnmax,Amax,Fv/Fm,PSⅡ, ETRmax,etc.) between them.【Conclusion】 The photosynthetic fluorescence characteristics of P.edulis ‘Mira’ and P. edulis ‘Kikko-chiku’ were similar,the photosynthetic capacity were closed and both had strong weak light utilization ability. The cultivation can be appropriately close planted in order to achieve the maximum value of comprehensive utilization of bamboo forest.
