普洱茶质量安全可追溯行为管控的灰色关联评价研究

Grey Relevance Evaluation of Quality and Safety Traceability Behavior Control ofPu’er Tea

为遏制我国地理标志农产品在市场上质量安全事故层出不穷的负面问题的发生,质量安全可追溯行为管控是切实有效的。本文构建了普洱茶质量安全可追溯行为管控评价指标体系,运用灰色关联分析方法,对普洱茶质量安全可追溯行为管控进行评价,探究普洱茶质量安全的各相关影响因素对普洱茶质量影响程度,研究发现:普洱茶质量安全各相关影响因素对普洱茶质量安全影响的关联度大小的降序顺序为:道德诚信〉技术能力>社会因素>自然因素〉保护茶叶地理标志〉行业标准认知>可追溯重要性感知〉规范化管理〉政府政策和监管,并提出了相应的管理对策与建议。

The quality and safety accidents of geographic indication agricultural products emerge in endlessly in the market of our country. The quality and safety traceability behavior control can effectively curb the occurrence of negative problems. This paper establishes the evaluation index system of quality and safety traceabil让y behavior management and control of Pu'er Tea, evaluates the quality and safety traceability behavior control of Pu'er Tea by using grey correlation analysis method, explores the influence degree of various related factors on quality and safety of Pu'er Tea, and finds out the correlation between the relevant factors of quality and safety of Pu'er Tea and the quality of Pu'er Tea. The order of degree is: moral integrity > technical ability > social factors > natural factors > protection of geographical indications of tea > recognition of industry standards > perception of traceability importance > standardized management > government policies and supervision, and the corresponding management countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
