摘要
利用三角函数和笛卡尔坐标系建立数学模型来解决圆拟合问题:创新了圆心变换的算法,由一次旋转变换改进为依次进行两次变换,改进了联轴器孔复制加工的方法,提高了精度,降低了成本,在汽轮机供热改造中取得了良好的效果。
The mathematical model is established by using trigonometric function and Cartesian coordinate system to solve the problem of circle fitting;the algorithm of circle center transformation is innovated,which is improved from one rotation transformation to two transformation in turn,and the method of duplication of coupling holes is improved,the accuracy is improved,the cost is reduced,and good results are achieved in the steam turbine heating transformation.
