一例核电站中压开关柜异常声响原因分析及处理

Analysis and Handing for Abnormal Sound of Medium-voltage Switchgear at Nuclear Power Station

摘要 某核电站中压开关柜在运行期间出现了极为罕见的间歇性、有规律异常声音,在降低负荷后消失。停电检查后发现开关柜母线套管金属板与主柜体间贴合不紧而存在缝隙,在振动条件下产生金属碰击声音,是造成开关柜运行期间出现异音的主要原因。在对母线套管金属板与主柜体间进行减振处理后,开关柜运行期间再未出现异常声响。 Medium-voltage switchgear of a nuclear power station appears extremely rare intermittent and regular abnormal sound during operation,but the sound is disappeared when the load is lowered.After power failure inspection,it is found there is a gap between the metal plate of bushing and the main cabinet of switchgear,under the condition of the vibration which can produce metal clattering sound,this is the main cause of abnormal sound in the switchgear during operation.After the vibration reduction treatment between the metal plate of bushing and the main cabinet of switchgear,switchgear doesn't appear abnormal sound again during operation.
