摘要
通过对甲烷氯化物生产过程中副产盐酸内含有的甲醇回收技术进行探讨,改变传统的用大量蒸汽汽提、精馏工艺,利用氢氯化反应本身产生的热量,在填料塔中将副产盐酸中的甲醇汽提至塔顶,再经过二级冷凝,第一级用水冷,第二级用冷媒进行冷凝,冷凝后的甲醇送至系统再利用,既节省蒸汽又可以回收甲醇,充分利用氢氯化反应器产生的热量,节能效果明显。
In this paper,the recovery technology of methanol contained in by-product hydrochloric acid of methane chloride plant is discussed.The traditional steam stripping and distillation process is changed.By using the heat generated by hydrochlorination reaction itself,methanol in by-product hydrochloric acid is stripped to the top of the column in a packed column,and then subjected to secondary condensation,the first stage is water-cooled,and the second stage is cold.The condensation of the medium and the methanol after condensation are sent to the system for reuse,which can save steam and recover methanol,and make full use of the heat generated by the hydrogen chlorination reactor.The energy saving effect is obvious.
