This paper introduces the process improvement of producing pure hydrochloric acid for high from by-product tail gas hydrogen chloride generated after chlorination in chloroacetic acid production process,the removal method of free chlorine in hydrochloric acid,and the separation and transportation of tail chlorine in hydrogen chloride.
