摘要
近年来,幼儿园转岗教师的研究是学前教育研究的热点话题。研究采用BICOMB和SPSS软件对近八年来中国知网收录的相关文献进行胪析,以此来厘清幼儿园转岗教师的研究特点与发展趋势。研究结果表明:我国幼儿园转岗教师研究主要围绕幼儿园转岗教师专业发展与职业适应、幼儿园转岗教师培训体系与培训评价、幼儿园转岗教师工作满意度及影响因素三个方面展开。基于以上分析,提出应该加强信息时代转岗幼儿教师专业能力发展、重视转岗幼儿教师的培训效果的评价研究及提升转岗幼儿教师的心理资本和工作满意度。
In recent years, the research on kindergarten position-changing teachers is a hot topic in preschool education research. BICOMB and SPSS softwares are applied to analyze the relevant literatures collected by China Knowledge Network in the past eight years, so as to analyze the research characteristics and development trend of kindergarten teachers. The results show that the research on kindergarten position-changing teachers in China mainly revolves around three aspects including the research on professional development and career adaptation of kindergarten position-changing teachers, the research on the training system and training evaluation of kindergarten position-changing teachers, the job satisfaction of kindergarten position-changing teachers and influencing factors. On the basis of the above analysis, suggestions are puts forward including enhancing the professional ability development of kindergarten position-changing teachers in the information age, attaching importance to the research on the evaluation of the training effect of kindergarten position-changing teachers, and improving the psychological capital and job satisfaction of kindergarten position-changing teachers.
