摘要
汽车外覆盖件与一般冲压件相比,具有材料薄、形状复杂、结构尺寸大和表面质量要求高等特点。外覆盖件的工艺设计、模具结构设计和模具制造工艺都具有特殊性。SUV后背门外板尾灯匹配安装面在工序0P30侧整时出现回弹、起皱现象,给单件、整车匹配、焊接、AUDIT带来较大的影响。
compared with ordinary stamping parts,automobile panel have the characteristics of thin material,complex shape,large structure size and high surface quality requirement.The process design,die structure design and die manufacturing process of the outer panel have particularity.When the mounting surface of rear door panel taillight matching on the back of SUV is adjusted at the OP30 side,the phenomenon of rebound and wrinkling occurs,which has a great impact on matching,welding and AUDIT of single piece and whole vehicle.
