摘要
分析了注射模动模板的结构特征,从模架材料的切削性能入手,采用通用夹具,进行二次装夹。选用5轴加工中心,利用PowerMill软件强大的编程功能,综合运用3+2轴加工及5轴加工,高效编制了动模板的加工程序,并对编制的程序进行校验。经量产校验,动模板的加工工艺合理。
This paper analyzed the structural characteristics of the injection mold moving half plate,starting from the cutting performance of the mold base material,used general fixture for secondary clamping,selected five-axis machining center,making use of PowerMill software's powerful programming function,comprehensive use of 3+2-axis processing and 5-axis processing,worked out the working procedure of moving half plate efficiently,checked the program,after mass production verification,the processing technology of moving half plate is reasonable.
