摘要
通过开发刀具管理系统,并与ERP系统对接,获取项目计划及加工信息,实现对刀具的需求、刀具的寿命、刀具的配送及回收进行信息化和系统化管理,从而达到提高机床的使用效率和生产效率,降低加工中的刀具成本,提高加工质量等目的。
Through the development of cutting tool management system,connect with ERP system to obtain project plan and processing information,this paper realized the informationization and systematic management of the demand for cutting tools,the life of cutting tools,the distribution and recovery of cutting tools,so as to improve the use efficiency and production efficiency of machine tools,reduce the cost of cutting tools in processing and improve the quality of processin and other purposes.
