复方甘草酸苷片联合他克莫司软膏治疗单纯性皮肤瘙痒症的效果观察

Efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with tacrolimus ointment in treatment of skin pruritus

目的探讨复方甘草酸苷片与他克莫司软膏治疗单纯性皮肤瘙痒症的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月山西省古交市中心医院皮肤科收治的86例单纯性皮肤瘙痒症患者,根据就诊先后次序将所有患者分为对照组(43例)和观察组(43例)。对照组外用复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏治疗;观察组采用复方甘草酸苷片联合他克莫司软膏治疗,2组均持续用药2周。比较2组患者用药前后的症状评分、用药后临床疗效和用药期间不良反应发生情况。随访6个月,比较2组患者复发情况。结果2组用药前症状评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组用药后症状评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组用药后总有效率明显高于对照组[90.7%(39/43)比65.1%(28/43)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组用药期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访6个月后,观察组复发率明显低于对照组[7.0%(3/43)比23.3%(10/43)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷片与他克莫司软膏治疗单纯性皮肤瘙痒症的疗效显著,可明显改善临床症状,未增加明显不良反应,且复发率较低。

Objective To explore the curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with tacrolimus ointment on skin pruritus.Methods A total of 86 patients with skin pruritus admitted to Gujiao Central Hospital,Shanxi Province from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with external use of compound dexamethasone acetate ointment;the observation group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets and tacrolimus ointment;both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Symptom scores,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were analyzed.Recurrence of pruritus was observed in 6 months after treatment.Results There was no significant difference of symptom scores between groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,symptom scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group[90.7%(39/43)vs 65.1%(28/43)](P<0.05).There was no significant difference of the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group[7.0%(3/43)vs 23.3%(10/43)](P<0.05).Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with tacrolimus treating skin pruritus can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce adverse reactions and recurrence.
