高等学校“三课堂两平台”中华优秀传统文化育人体系构建

Construction of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture Education System Based on "Three Courses and Two Platforms" in Institutes of Higher Learning

中华优秀传统文化源远流长、灿烂辉煌,蕴含十分丰富的思想政治教育资源。高等学校加强中华优秀传统文化教育,有助于培养大学生社会主义核心价值观,增强文化自信;促进大学生全面发展,提高人文素养;完善大学生道德品格,促进心理健康。但是,当前一些高等学校存在中华优秀传统文化教育重视程度不够,教育内容缺乏整体性、系统性;重课堂教学、轻实践活动,未形成完善实践教学体系;重形式、轻精神内涵,未形成浓厚育人氛围等问题。为此,高等学校要结合大学生特点及专业特色,必修课与选修课相辅相成,使中华优秀传统文化内化于心;实践活动课程紧密配合,使中华优秀传统文化外化于行;文化比赛与文化讲坛相得益彰,使中华优秀传统文化发扬光大,构建“三课堂两平台”中华优秀传统文化育人体系,充分发挥中华优秀传统文化的育人功能,提高育人实效。

The Chinese excellent traditional culture has a long history and contains brilliant and splendid resources of ideological and political education. Strengthening the education of Chinese excellent traditional culture in colleges and universities helps to cultivate the core values of college students, strengthen their cultural self-confidence, promote their overall growth, improve their humanistic quality, perfect their moral character and promote their mental health. In some colleges and universities, however, the importance of Chinese excellent traditional culture education is not emphasized enough: the content of education lacks of utility and system;classroom teaching is stressed while practical activities are despised;a practical teaching system fails in completion;and more attention is paid to form than connotation so as to fail to create a strong atmosphere for educating people. For these reasons, in view of the characteristics of college students and their majors colleges and universities should try to make compulsory and elective courses complement each other to internalize the Chinese excellent traditional culture, practical activity classes cooperate closely to externalize the Chinese excellent traditional culture, and cultural competitions and cultural forums complement each other to carry forward the Chinese excellent traditional culture, so as to construct a Chinese excellent traditional culture education system based on compulsory, elective and practical courses and the platforms of cultural and sports competitions and cultural forums, with which full play can be given to the educational function of the Chinese excellent traditional culture and the educational effect can be improved.
