Reform and Innovation of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

新时代教育信息技术的成熟、国家政策的倾向和社会环境的支持,都为大学体育教学改革带来新机遇,但传统教学理念、课程和机制等维度的滞后,带来了许多现实挑战和困境,如何加强优质教育资源的整合优化,高等院校如何实现体育教学向立德树人、终身体育和全民健身维度的诉求转向,已经成为当前高等院校体育教学改革的重点。对此,高等院校应立足当前大学体育教学改革的现状与问题,有针对性地从教学理念、师资队伍、教材内容、教学模式和教学环境等方面入手,强化立德树人理念,培养终身体育素养;加强体育师资队伍建设,打造新时代大学体育教学体系;优化大学体育教材内容,注重理论与实践、时代想结合;大力引进各种教学模式,不断创新体育教学方法;增加大学体育资金投入,加快体育场馆、器材和设施更新。

In the new era, favorable factors such as the maturity of educational information technology, the tendency of national policy and the support of social environment have brought new opportunities to the development of physical education (PE) in colleges and universities, but unfavorable factors such as traditional teaching ideas, courses, mechanisms, etc. have brought practical challenges and dilemmas to it. Currently, how to strengthen the integration and optimization of high-quality educational resources and realize the PE-based moral cultivation, lifelong physical education and nationwide physical fitness has become a focus of the PE reform in colleges and universities. Based on the current situation and problems facing the PE reform in colleges and universities, it is put forward that the concept of moral education should be strengthened and the accomplishment of life -long PE cultivated;the construction of teaching staff of PE strengthened and a college PE teaching system created which adapts to the new era;the teaching material of college PE optimized by stressing the combination of theory and practice and the times;efforts made to introduce all kinds of teaching models to innovate teaching methods of PE continuously;and the investment in college PE increased to accelerate the renewal of sports field, equipment and facilities.
