摘要
大学外语教学文化自信教育课程可以激发大学生对中国历史文化的认知、温情和敬意,使大学外语情文并茂、形神兼备:语言文字是其“形”,蕴含的民族优秀文化是其“神”。文化自信教育内容包括以哲学为纲,把大学外语提升到语言哲学的高度;以学生为本,引导大学生建立自觉的文化主体意识;以文化为源,形成和而不同的文化自信。使大学生认识到外语学习不仅是语言与文字的相遇,也是不同文化的相遇和相融。以《学好一门外国语》为例说明:大学外语教学文化自信教育应勤则思:感悟敬业的文化特征;为学之道在于思:感悟文化自强精神;他身观我身:感悟跨文化交流魅力;君子之学美其身:感悟独特自立的文化价值。大学外语教学文化自信教育对当代大学生形成爱国主义、坚持“四个自信”和社会主义核心价值观尤为重要,但大学外语教师学术素养是文化自信教育的关键。
Language is a way of thinking more than a body of knowledge. College English course in China should be mingled with philosophy and Chinese culture, which can help improve teaching quality and build confidence in Chinese culture. When designing the course, therefore, it is necessary to take into full consideration the cultivation of values and the study of Chinese culture as well as other different cultures. The text of Learning A Foreign Language taken for example, students learn to have a better understanding of values such as dedication, selfdiscipline and independence in the process of analytical reading, critical reading, cultural translation and creative reading. Also, students can benefit from generative learning rather than adaptive learning. To achieve these goals, it is crucial for teachers to improve their academic competence to adapt themselves to the new teaching model.
