高温裂解燃烧-紫外荧光法测定焦炉煤气中全硫含量 被引量:2

Determination of Total Sulfur in Coke Oven Gas by Ultraviolet Fluorescence Method with Pyrolysis Combustion

摘要 采用铝箔取样袋采集焦炉煤气样品,气体置换5min,在高温裂解温度为870℃,氧气流量为2.0L·min^-1的条件下,样品中硫燃烧全部转化为二氧化硫,采用紫外荧光检测器测定二氧化硫的强度,建立了紫外荧光法测定焦炉煤气中全硫含量的分析方法。硫的线性范围为50.0~500.0mg·m^-3,检出限(3s/k)为5.32mg·m^-3。方法用于焦炉煤气样品的分析,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=11)为0.69%~1.4%。方法用于标准气体合成样品的分析,测定值与理论值相符。 The sample of coke oven gas was collected with aluminum foil bag and gas displaced for 5 min.Under the pyrolysis temperature of 870 ℃ and oxygen flow rate of 2.0 L· min^-1,sulfur in the sample was completely burned into sulfur dioxide,and the intensity of sulfur dioxide was determined by ultraviolet fluorescence detector.A determination method of total sulfur in coke oven gas by ultraviolet fluorescence method was established.Linearity range of sulfur was found between 50.0 mg·m^-3 and 500.0 mg·m^-3 with detection limit(3 s/k)of5.32 mg·m^-3.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of the samples of coke oven gas,giving values of RSDs(n=11)of determined values in the range of 0.69%-1.4%.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of synthetic samples of standard gas,giving results in consistency with the theoretical values.
