民用直升机货舱和行李舱内衬耐火试验适航验证方法研究

Research of Fire Resistance Test Method of Compliance for Cargo and Baggage Liner Materials of Civil Helicopter

货舱和行李舱内衬是保护航空器乘员、机组人员不受货舱内部火灾伤害的重要屏障。根据旋翼航空器适航规章的相关要求,对民用直升机货舱和行李舱内衬材料的耐火要求进行了解析,对适航符合性验证方法进行了研究,给出了试验验证考虑。研究结果有效指导了某型直升机货舱和行李舱耐火性能的验证,并能够为新型直升机的货舱和行李舱设计及耐火试验验证提供指导。

Cargo liner is an important barrier to protect the passenger and crew from the fire started from the cargo compartment. Based on the relative requirements of the rotorcraft regulations,this paper researched the definition and method of compliance of fire resistance for the cargo and baggage liner of helicopter,analyzed the factors which should be focused on when conducts fire resistance test. Results of this paper could be a reference for the design and fire resistance test of civil helicopter’s cargo and baggage compartments.
