Analysis of Foreign Folding Rotor Head Configuration Technology

旋翼/斜梁折叠是舰载直升机的关键技术,而旋翼桨叶折叠技术更是重点和难点,已成为制约国内舰载直升机发展的重要因素。文章收集国外舰载直升机折叠旋翼桨毂构型资料,并分析其主要结构、折叠原理等,为国内舰载直升机的研制和发展提供技术储备,对实现国内舰载直升机平台的升级换代极具意义。

Rotor blade /tail boom folding is the key technology of the shipboard helicopter, moreover ,the main rotor blade folding technology is the difficult and important portion, which has restricted domestic shipboard helicopter development. This paper collected folding rotor head information of foreign shipboard helicopter, and analyzed their main composition, folding principal. This would provide technical reserves for domestic shipboard helicopter development, and was meaningful for upgrading of domestic shipboard helicopter.
