摘要 基于故障物理的科学分析方法,提出了现代航空电子系统/设备也如结构和动部件一样,因疲劳和腐蚀造成的耗损性损伤而引发断路、开路、断续通断故障;讨论了电子设备特定故障(如断路)及其发生部位的各种确定方法;最后在COST-A系统的基础上论述了航空电子系统/设备实现诊断、预测和健康管理的技术途径。 In this paper, described failure modes of the avionic system which were primarily open, short, and intermittent failure, those were wear out failure rather than the random failure, and presented methods determined special failure mode and occurring location of the electric equipment. Then based on system architecture of the Capability-Based Operations and Sustainment Technology -Aviation (COST- A) system , discussed the development approach of the diagnostics, prognostics and health man age ment technique for the avionic system.
