精芪双参胶囊处方中各药味的药效支撑作用研究

Study on the Efficacy Supporting Effect of Various Herbs in Jingqi Shuangshen Capsule Formulation

目的:探究精芪双参胶囊各药味在抗组织缺氧及活血方面的药效支撑作用。方法:依据精芪双参胶囊传统制备工艺制备各药味阴性处方,并通过小鼠亚硝酸钠中毒缺氧模型及大鼠急性血瘀模型,考察精芪双参胶囊各药味在抗缺氧及活血化瘀方面的药效支撑作用。结果:处方中黄芪、丹参是精芪双参胶囊抗组织缺氧及活血化瘀的主要药味,处方中人参、黄精两味药在精芪双参胶囊抗组织缺氧及活血化瘀药效方面贡献较小。结论:精芪双参胶囊黄芪、丹参两味君臣药的药效支撑作用突出,可作为产品药效物质基础研究及质量标准提升的主要研究对象。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of the anti-hypoxia and blood-activating effects of Jingqi Shuangshen Capsules in the treatment of various drug odors.Methods:According to the traditional preparation method of Jingqi Shuangshen Capsules,each drug negative prescription was prepared.Through the sodium nitrite poisoning model and the acute blood stasis model,the pharmacodynamics supporting effects of Jingqi Shuangshen capsules on anti-hypoxia and blood circulation were investigated.Results:The prescriptions of Astragalus and Salvia miltiorrhiza are the main medicinal properties of Jingqi Shuangshen capsules against tissue hypoxia and promoting blood circulation.The formulae of ginseng and Huangjing in the prescription of Jingqi Shuangshen capsules against hypoxia and blood circulation are effective.Little contribution.Conclusion:Jingqi Shuangshen Capsules Huangqi and Danshen Liangweijunchen have outstanding efficacy and support,and they can be used as the main research object for the basic research of pharmaceutical efficacy substances and the improvement of quality standards.
