骆越壮酒抗疲劳及耐缺氧实验研究

摘要 目的:研究骆越壮酒对小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用。方法:动物分组为正常对照组、溶媒组、红景天组和高剂量(35.52 mL/kg)、中剂量(21.81 mL/kg)、低剂量(13.39 mL/kg)骆越壮酒组,小鼠经过灌胃给药28 d后,检测其负重游泳时间及运动后体内血乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶、血清尿素氮、肝糖原及肌糖原等各项生化指标;考察骆越壮酒对小鼠常压耐缺氧时间、急性脑缺血时间的影响以及亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间的影响。结果:中剂量的骆越壮酒组小鼠负重游泳时间显著长于正常对照组(P<0.01)。运动后高、中、低剂量的骆越壮酒组小鼠的血乳酸值与血清尿素氮值均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),而其肝糖原值显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);高剂量与中剂量骆越壮酒组小鼠的肌糖原值显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。中剂量骆越壮酒组小鼠常压耐缺氧时间长于正常对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05),其急性脑缺血时间也显著长于正常对照组(P<0.01);中剂量骆越壮酒组小鼠亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间显著长于正常对照组(P<0.01)。骆越壮酒对运动后小鼠体内乳酸脱氢酶活性影响不显著(P<0.05)。结论:适量的骆越壮酒可以提高小鼠的抗疲劳及耐缺氧能力。 Objective:To study the effects of Luo Yue Zhuang wine on anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance in mice.Methods:Animals were divided into normal control group,menstruum group,rhodiola rosea group,high dose(35.52 mL/Kg),medium dose(21.81 mL/Kg) and low dose(13.39 mL/Kg) Luo Yue Zhuang wine group.After be treated with intragastric administration once a day for 28 days,the mice were tested for weight-bearing swimming time and blood biochemical parameters such as lactate,lactate dehydrogenase,serum urea nitrogen,hepatic glycogen,and muscle glycogen.The effect of Luo Yue Zhuang wine on atmospheric pressure hypoxia tolerance time,acute cerebral ischemia time and the survival time of sodium nitrite poisoning in mice were investigated too.Results:The weight-bearing swimming time of middle dose Luo Yue Zhuang wine group mice was significantly longer than that of the normal control group(P<0.01);After exercise,the blood lactate values and serum urea nitrogen values of high,midium and low doses of Luo Yue Zhuang wine group mice were significantly lower than that of the normal control group(P<0.01).The liver glycogen values of high,midium and low doses of Luo Yue Zhuang wine group mice were significantly higher than that of the normal control group(P<0.01).The muscle glycogen values of high and midium doses of Luo Yue Zhuang wine group mice were significantly higher than that of the normal control group(P<0.01).The normal pressure hypoxia tolerance time of mice in medium dose Luo Yue Zhuang wine group was longer,which is statistically significant compared with in normal control group(P<0.05),and the acute cerebral ischemia time of mice in medium dose Luo Yue Zhuang wine group was significantly higher than that in normal control group(P<0.01).The survival time of mice poisoned by sodium nitrite in medium dose Luo Yue Zhuang wine group was significantly longer than that of the normal control group(P<0.01).Luo Yue Zhuang wine had no significant effect on lactate dehydrogenase activity in mice after exercise(P<0.05).Conclusion:The proper amount of Luo Yue zhuang wine could improve mice’s anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance ability.
