摘要
目的:由于醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳实验教学中影响因素较多,难以取得理想的图谱,对醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳的实验方法进行了优化。方法:采取薄膜过夜浸泡、充分浸透;自制点样器;透明时薄膜与玻璃之间贴合紧密,并稍微倾斜;110 V电压电泳1h等措施。结果:经过实验方法优化,可以得到条带分离较好的电泳图谱。结论:优化后的醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳实验有效提高了实验教学的质量和效率。
Objective: Due to the influence factors of cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis, It is difficult to obtain ideal map.So the author optimized acetate cellulose membrane electrophoresis experiment.Methods: taking overnight soak, fully saturated;homemade sample point;jointed tightly between the glass and membrane during transparent, and tilted slightly;110 v, 1 h during electrophoresis.Results:We obtained the ideal map.Conclusion: the optimized approaches could improve the experiment quality and efficiency.
