振腹疗法结合浮针治疗原发性痛经临床观察

Clinical Observation of Abdomen Vibration Therapy Combined with Superficial needling in the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的:观察振腹疗法结合浮针治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:将62例原发性痛经患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组各31例。对照组予浮针疗法,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予振腹疗法。观察两组治疗前及治疗第1、第2、第3月经周期VAS评分,小腹部疼痛频率评分及小腹部疼痛严重程度评分,并评价两组患者治疗第3月经周期的临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗第1月经周期VAS评分均有所下降,但下降幅度相比治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第2、第3月经周期VAS评分,相比治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗第1、第2月经周期小腹部疼痛频率及程度均有所下降,但下降幅度相比治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第3月经周期后,患者小腹部疼痛频率及程度均有显著下降,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗第3月经周期后,治疗组痊愈率及总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:振腹疗法能有效缓解原发性痛经患者疼痛频率、程度等,且副作用较小,患者易于接受,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of abdomen vibration therapy combined with Superficial needling therapy on primary dysmenorrheal.Methods:62 cases of primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Superficial needling therapy,while the treatment group was treated with abdomen vibration therapy on the basis of the control group.The VAS score,abdominal pain frequency score and abdominal pain severity score of the first,second and third menstrual cycles before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups in the treatment of the third menstrual cycle was evaluated.Results:The VAS score of the first menstrual cycle in both groups decreased,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The frequency and degree of abdominal pain in the first and second menstrual cycles of the two groups decreased,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the third menstrual cycle(P<0.05).After the third menstrual cycle,the cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdomen vibration therapy can effectively alleviate the frequency and degree of pain in patients with primary dysmenorrhea,with less side effects and easy acceptance by patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
