茯苓汤联合放疗治疗中晚期痰气交阻型食管癌临床研究

Curative Effect Observation of Fuling Decoction combined with Radiotherapy in Treating Middle and Late Stage of Phlegm-gas-resistance Esophageal Carcinoma

目的:观察茯苓汤联合放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效。方法:将60例中晚期痰气交阻型食管癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组患者采用三维适形放射治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用茯苓汤治疗,通过对比全身状况评分(KPS)、实体瘤疗效、中医证候评分等,比较两组治疗方法的疗效差异。结果:治疗组稳定率为66.7%,高于对照组的53.3%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者中医症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者KPS评分总有效率为76.67%,高于对照组的46.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者KPS评分总有效率为76.67%,高于对照组的46.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:茯苓汤联合放疗治疗中晚期痰气交阻型食管癌有较好的疗效,可以改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,延长患者远期生存率。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Fuling Decoction combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:60 patients with advanced phlegm-qi obstructive esophageal cancer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy.The treatment group was treated with Poria Ling Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.By comparing the general condition(KPS) score,the curative effect of solid tumors,the score of TCM syndromes and so on,the comparison was made.The curative effect of the two groups was different.Results:The stability rate of the treatment group was 66.7%,higher than 53.3% of the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05);the total effective rate of KPS score of the treatment group was 76.67%,higher than 46.67% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of KPS score in treatment group was 76.67%,which was higher than 46.67% in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Poria Ling Decoction combined with radiotherapy has better curative effect in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer with phlegm-qi obstruction.It can improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life and delay the long-term survival rate of patients.
