中药资源是我国重要的战略资源,将微生物转化技术与中药资源相结合,微生物转化技术是推动中药资源开发、中药现代化的重要途径。利用微生物转化技术可以对天然中药资源进行结构修饰或改造,模拟代谢模型预测药物代谢产物。重点综述了近5年皂苷类、黄酮类、生物碱类等微生物转化应用概况,并对其发展前景进行了展望。微生物技术应用于中药资源开发是中药现代化发展的必然趋势,并将为中药资源开发带来新的局面。

The traditional Chinese medicine resource is thestrategic resource of China.The technology of microbial transformation used intraditional Chinese medicine resourcehas a good prospect.Microbial transformationcan modify or alterthe structuralof compounds in herbs.It can establish metabolic simulation modelsto predict drug metabolites.Our review focusedonthe conversion applicationof saponins,flavonoids,alkaloids,and so on during the past five years.The technology of microbial transformation used inthe developmentoftraditional Chinese medicine resources is the inevitable requirement of the development of modern medicine,and will bring a new situation for the development of traditional Chinese medicine resources.
