《伤寒论》三部定位探析

《伤寒论》是继《内经》之后的又一部医学经典巨著,其突破了《内经》病位上只分表与里的限制,而是分成了表、里及半表半里三部,显示出了三个不同层次的病势。结合《伤寒论》具体条文,论述《伤寒论》"三部"的划分、证候的"三部"范畴及六病的"三部"分属:太阳属表、阳明属里、少阳属半表半里、太阴属阴之里、厥阴属阴之表、少阴属阴之半表半里。《伤寒论》中疾病病位的确定是依据表、里及半表半里进行分类,并以阴阳二性来确定疾病的性质,从而形成了其独有的辨证论治体系,不但为伤寒立了法,而且能广泛地运用于各类疾病的诊治。

"Treatise on Febrile Diseases"is another classic medical book after the "Nei Jing".It breaks through the limitations of the surface and the inside on disease position,and divides it into three parts: the surface,the inside and between surface and inside.It shows three different levels of disease.This article combines the specific sentences of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",discusses the division of the "three parts"of "treatise on Febrile Diseases","the three parts"of syndromes and the "three parts"of six diseases.The determination of the disease position in "treatise on Febrile Diseases"is based on the classification of the surface,the inside and between surface and inside,and the nature of the disease is determined by the yin and yang,thus forming its unique syndrome differentiation system,not only for the treatment of typhoid fever,and can be widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases.
