This article lists the themes and content characteristics of 2019 archival annual conferences.Then it generalizes the latest features and trends of archival work at home and abroad.The first one is giving consideration to the relationship between foundation and innovation,and to balance the relationship between them.The second one is combining vacuity with pragmatism.The third one is upgrading archivists and archive occupations.
