副本的制作与流转是宋代公文行政中极为常见的操作程式,起到了逐级转递政务信息,扩大信息传播范围的作用。宋代地方官府在制作副本的过程中,采取附加相关证明文书、落实文书责任人等方式,保障副本公文具有与正本相当的权威。副本的传达层级与传递方式,都与其涉及事务直接相关。围绕副本的各项操作体现了宋代文书行政的发达,当然,对其效能也不宜过分高估。

The production and circulation of the duplicate copies of official documents were common in the official administrative operation of Song Dynasty,which played a role in transferring government information gradually and expanding the scope of dissemination of information.In the process of duplicate copies production,the local governments in Song Dynasty added relevant documentation and confirmed the persons responsible for the documents to ensure that the copies had the same authority as the originals.The transferring level and mode of the copies were related directly to their contents.The operations of the copies reflected that the administrative system of Song Dynasty was fully-fledged,but its effect should not be overestimated.
