摘要
化学反应工程课程中包含大量的数理方程推导、数值计算和微积分运算,同时课程本身又极具理论性和实践性,传统的课堂教学难以使学生深入理解课程知识,学生学习难度大,处理实际工程问题的能力欠缺。本文以化学反应工程中常见的动力学方程拟合、反应器稳定性分析、反应器模拟问题为例,应用Origin、Matlab和Aspen三类软件,将理论知识与工程实践有机结合起来,加深学生对课程知识的理解,培养学生的工程实践能力。实践教学表明,计算机软件辅助教学对于丰富和深化课堂教学内容、提高学生学习兴趣、培养学生分析及处理问题的能力具有不可或缺的作用。
The chemical reaction engineering course contains many mathematical equation derivation,numerical calculation and calculus operation,and the course itself is very theoretical and practical.,traditional classroom teaching is difficult to satisfy students’ understanding of course knowledge,which makes students feel it’s difficult to learn and will not deal with practical engineering problems.This paper takes the kinetic equation fitting,reactor stability analysis and reactor simulation problems common in chemical reaction engineering as an example,shows the application of Origin,Matlab and Aspen software to combine the theoretical knowledge with engineering practice and to deepen students’ understanding of curriculum knowledge and cultivate students’ engineering practice ability.Practice teaching shows that the auxiliary teaching of computer software plays an indispensable role in enriching and deepening the teaching content,enhancing students’ interest in learning,and cultivating students’ ability to analyze and deal with problems.
