2016-2017年我国蓝舌病病毒8型(BTV-8)血清学监测与分析 被引量:4

Serological investigation and analysis of BTV-8 in China from 2016 to 2017

摘要 蓝舌病病毒(BTV)是一种重要的牛羊虫媒病毒,共有25个血清型,其中以BTV-8型危害最为严重。本试验通过对2016-2017年我国11个省63个地区的血清抗体水平的监测,分析目前我国BTV的流行情况及流行原因。结果显示,2年共调查14 953份血清,其中有2 748份为抗体阳性,平均阳性率为18.38%;被调查的省份均有BTV的流行,其中以广西、西藏、重庆3个地区的阳性率最高,分别为30.68%,29.04%,26.30%;以辽宁省的阳性率最低,阳性率为4.33%。细胞微量中和试验显示,所有BTV阳性血清中没有BTV-8型,可见BTV在中国的流行非常严重,但暂时未出现BTV-8型。本研究覆盖面广,样本量大,对我国多地区的牛羊进行了BTV的血清学调查,明确了蓝舌病在中国的分布及流行情况,为该病的防控提供了流行病学依据,为我国虫媒病毒的深入研究奠定基础。 BTV is an important arbovirus,with 25 serotypes,BTV-8 is the most harmful.In order to investigate epidemiology of BTV-8,BTV antibody levels in 63 regions of 11 provinces,China from 2016 to 2017 were monitored.14 953 serum samples were surveyed,and 2 748 were antibody-positive,the average positive rate is 18.38%,all the provinces surveyed displayed the popularity of BTV,the highest positive rates in Guangxi,Tibet and Chongqing,were 30.68%,29.04%,26.30% respectively,which indicates BTV-8 is prevailing in our country.Neutralization test results showed there are no positive BTV-8 antibody.In view of the wide coverage and large sample size of surveyed regions,the results indicate the distribution and prevalence in BTV of our country,which provides great reference in BTV epidemic risk prevention and lays a foundation in the study of arbovirus.
