摘要 架空输电线路长期处于强电磁场环境下,承受着较大的电气和机械荷载,受风、雨、雾、覆冰、雷电、工业废气、粉尘和外力破坏等因素的影响,绝缘性能降低,易引发各类闪络事故.以甘肃省金昌地区为例,介绍了输电线路外力破坏的具体特性,采用聚酯薄膜材料制作多层开口卷装绝缘包覆管,安装在裸导线上以增加爬距,解决了裸导线因安全距离不够而造成的安全隐患和风险,保证了电网的安全稳定运行. Overhead transmission lines have been under strong electromagnetic environment for a long time,where the lines have to bear electrical load and mechanical load.In this way,the transmission lines are easy to be affected by wind,rain,fog,ice,thunder,industrial waste gas,powder and damage of external force etc.In the case study of Gansu Jinchang,this paper introduces the specific characteristics of external damage of transmission line.Make multi-layer open coil insulated coated pipe with polyester film material and install it on bare wire to increase the creep distance,which solves the hidden danger and risk caused by insufficient safety distance of bare wire,and guarantees the safe and stable operation of power grid.
