移动作业终端在计量及用电信息采集工程管理中的应用

摘要 近年来电力企业在配电网用电侧的投入很大,其中约一半投资用于各类低压计量装置改造及用电信息采集系统建设.针对营销用户侧计量和用电信息采集系统专项工程存在点多、面广、环境多样,以及对进度、质量管控困难等特点,运用移动作业终端及其数据来解决工程管理中的主要问题,有效夯实了营销工程项目的基础管理. In recent years,electric power enterprises have invested a lot in the power side of the distribution network,about half of which has been invested in the transformation of low-voltage metering devices and the construction of electricity information acquisition system.In view of the characteristics of the special project of measurement and electricity information acquisition system of marketing user side,such as large number,scattered positions,diverse environment.and difficulty in scheduling and quality control,this paper introduces the application of mobile operation terminal and its data to solve the main problems in project management,which can effectively consolidate the basic management of marketing engineering project.
