Taking the equipment condition monitoring and fault warning of a 600 MW thermal power unit as the research object,this paper emphatically discusses the application of algorithm,model and system design in the research process of equipment condition monitoring and fault warning.It also introduces the whole structure,design idea and process of the system,and analyzes the application of equipment condition monitoring and fault warning system in power plant.
