摘要
铁矿粉烧结过程中,矿石与CaO发生同化反应生成低熔点液相的能力是衡量烧结固结的重要指标之一。通过对比、分析安钢常用矿石的同化温度,利用试验研究结果对安钢500 m^2烧结机配矿结构进行了优化,合理降低了同化性能较差矿石比例,改善了配合矿的同化性能,在维持烧结矿常态指标稳定的前提下,有效改善了烧结矿的高温冶金性能,支撑了高炉的稳定顺行,达到了高炉长期稳产高产、低成本的目标,取得了良好的冶炼效果。
The ability of assimilation reaction between iron ore and CaO to form liquid phase with low melting point is one of the important indicators to evaluate sintering quality during ore sintering process. In this paper,the test results are used to optimize the proportioning structure of 500 m^2 sintering machine based on the comparison and analysis of the assimilation temperature of commonly used ores of Anyang Steel,which reasonably reduces the proportion of ore with poor assimilation performance and improves the assimilation performance of the blended feedstock. Meanwhile,on the premise of maintaining the stability of normal indicator of sinter,the high-temperature metallurgical performance of sinter is effectively improved,and the stable and smooth operation of blast furnace is sustained. The target of long-term stable production,high yield and low cost of blast furnace is achieved with good metallurgical effect.
