摘要
结合天钢生产装备特点,对生产厚板的工艺技术进行了可行性分析和试用。结果表明,在天钢公司现有的工艺装备条件下,通过调整轧制和冷却工艺,可以生产厚度在80 mm以下的厚板,且厚板内部质量良好,力学性能符合标准要求。
According to the characteristics of production equipment in Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.(TISC), the feasibility analysis and trial running of thick plate production technology are carried out.The results show that under the existing process equipment conditions of TISC, the thick plate with thickness below 80 mm can be produced by adjusting the rolling and cooling process, and the internal quality of the thick plate is good and the mechanical properties meet the requirements of the standard.
